30-day returns

You can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. There is no restocking fee.

How to start a return

Email support@absoluteonline.store with your order number and which items you are returning. We reply with a return address and instructions within one business day.

Return shipping

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or was not what was ordered — in those cases we cover it.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days of the return arriving. Your bank typically posts it within a further 5 business days.

What we cannot accept

Items that have been used, washed, seasoned or damaged after delivery, and any item returned without its packaging. Cast iron that has been cooked on cannot be returned as unused.

Cancelling an order

If the order has not been picked yet we can cancel it in full. Email us as soon as possible with the order number.
