Why we started
Good kitchen kit should not be a luxury purchase.
Absolute Online began because outfitting a kitchen had turned into an expensive guessing game — thin pans that warp on the first sear, storage that does not seal, knives that need sharpening out of the box. We buy a tight range instead of a broad one, keep the specifications honest, and put the difference into the materials that matter: tri-ply bases, full-tang blades, real stoneware.
Everything ships from our own US warehouse, so what the site says is in stock is genuinely on a shelf.
How we choose what to stock
Materials first
Tri-ply stainless rather than a disc base, enamelled cast iron rather than coated aluminium, stoneware rather than melamine.
Repairable, not disposable
Oiled wood that can be re-oiled, cast iron that improves with use, lids and parts sized to standards.
Honest sizing
Capacities and dimensions are measured, not rounded up, so a 6-quart really does take a whole chicken.
