Where we ship

We ship to all 50 US states from our warehouse. We do not currently ship internationally.

Cost

Flat-rate delivery is $6.95 per order. Orders over $75 ship free; the discount is applied automatically at checkout.

Processing and transit

Orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day are picked the same day; everything else goes out the next business day. Transit is typically 2-5 business days depending on distance. Tracking is emailed as soon as the carrier scans the parcel.

Damaged or missing parcels

If a parcel arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact us at support@absoluteonline.store within 7 days and we will replace it. If tracking has not moved for 5 business days we will open a carrier trace and, if it cannot be found, resend or refund.

Address accuracy

We cannot redirect a parcel once it is with the carrier. Please check your address at checkout — a returned-to-sender parcel is refunded less the outbound shipping cost.
